The supplies return
The Customer can request the return in certain situations:
The packages suffered severe damage

The products were shipped/billed wrong. The shipment of other products than the ones you ordered must be reported immediately.

The Customer can request the replacement of the product with another one and if it is no longer available, he can buy something else or request a refund.

If he wants to purchase something more expensive, then he will pay the difference and if the value is cheaper, he will get a refund for the amount left.

The return costs and the transportaion fees for the replacement product will be borne by The Customer.

The products have manufacturing flaws.

The Customer has the right to notify The Seller that he no longer wants the product, without any penalties or without any particular reason, in 14 days after he got the product.

In accordance to article 7, paragraph 1 from OG 130/2000, The Customer has the right to terminate the contract ( one-sided ), in 14 days after the received the product, without any penalties or any reason.

In this case, the costs for the return will be applied to The Customer, in accordance to the law.

The Products must be returned in their original package, with the invoice attached, without any traces of wear or of damages.

The personalized products cannot be returned. We kindly ask you to keep in mind that these products are made especially for you, so they cannot be changed or returned.

If the returned products suffer damages, are incomplete, have scrapes, we have the right to decide the acceptance of the return or to take a certain ammount, the ammount that shall be shared after the evaluation of damages.

In the case of requesting a return, the refund will be done by a bank wire in The Customers specified account in a maximum of 14 days since EURO DEZMEMBRARI SRL received the product.
